As always Raven Pennyfeather does not disappoint, and her latest is no exception. This time, however, you will get double your pleasure because Raven and Melanie Zhao of Zhao shoes teamed up to bring you the Black Dahlia ensemble (available separately).A classy "suit skirt" the Black Dahlia is sultry and sassy. The detailing on the dress excellent, as it always is. The boots are a perfect match, as they should be, Melanie made them from the same fabric and created a wonderful design.
